This is the high cadence sequence in support of Spartan aboard STS-95

The -60 at 17:04 was defective so the img_hdr .txt file was editted to
remove that sequence.

The Clear image at 18:18 was also zero length and the img_header.txt
was editted to remove this entry.   This should not affect the do_polariz sequence.

22037153 and 22037154 are part of a Seq PW which spans midnight.
Editted and moved to 981101 directory.
