MODULE NAME     OP_STATUS_REQUEST_PERIPHERALS.C
 
PURPOSE         To solicit status from each peripheral
 
DESCRIPTION     This Observation Program is going to request status
                from the operational cameras. Additionally, it will ask
                status from the Fabry-Perot.  This is usually not
                scheduled from the ground, since it runs as a background
                task when other tasks are not running.
