Take M1 Measurements

TITLE 		Take M1 Measurements

PURPOSE		Command the M1 Measurement Unit to perform a measurement 
		sequence

DESCRIPTION	This observation program is scheduled to take measurements
		on the M1 to determine if it is pointed at sun center.
		This is accomplished by commanding the M1 Measurement Unit
		(MU) and taking the appropriate readings. The readings are
		then transmitted to the ground.
