Load Default Camera Parameters

TITLE 		Load Default Camera Parameter Table

PURPOSE 	To update default parameter table entries later in time

DESCRIPTION 	This observation program is scheduled when the operator wishes
		to change some or all of the parameters in the camera default
		parameter table at some time in the future.  This is necessary,
		for example, when the image boundary points are to be changed
		for a given LP down in the schedule queue.  Each telescope has
		three camera parameter tables.
