Take Polarization Sequence

TITLE 		Take an Image Sequence thru Polarizers at FW Position

PURPOSE 	Take images while sequencing the PW at the FW position.

DESCRIPTION 	This observation program will take normal images from a 
		camera, at the specified FW position, sequencing through the 
		polarizer wheel positions.  In the case of the EIT, the 
		polarizer wheel is considered to be the sector wheel.  For
		C1, no commanding of the FP is performed.
