Take concurrent images

TITLE 		Take Concurrent Images

PURPOSE		Take concurrent (simultaneous) images from any two or more
		telescopes

DESCRIPTION	This observation program will take concurrent (simultaneous) 
		images from the desired telescopes.  The operator must specify 
		the time at which each operation (CCD clear, shutter open,
		shutter close, image readout, and image process) will be
		performed for each telescope.  The image can be stored on 
		the CCD while another is being processed.

INPUT PARAMETERS

			count   - count of command words
			CT_TIME - the time offset to execute this
				command (in seconds)
			CT_TEL  - the telescope this command pertains to
			CT_CMND - the command to execute
