TITLE 		Wobble Outside FP Sequence

MODULE NAME 	OP_WOBBLE_OUTSIDE_FP_SEQUENCE.C

PURPOSE 	To take images while wobbling the M1 Mirror outside
		FP sequence

DESCRIPTION 	This observation program is used to build a set of single
		Fabry-Perot wavelength images to obtain a complete line
		profile scan. Also, this program will enhance the spatial
		resolution of the C1, by "wobbling" the M1 mirror; moving
		to a new corner after each complete WL scan.

		Additionally each image may be broken up into sub-regions, 
		such that each subregions profile would be built up in a 
		minimum amount of time, and each subsequent regions profile 
		would be built up when the output buffer permits.
