Take FP Scan Line

TITLE		Build Line Profile Scan

DESCRIPTION	This observation program is used to build a set of
		single Fabry-Perot wavelength images to obtain a
		complete line profile scan. Additionally each image may
		be broken up into sub-regions, such that each
		subregions profile would be built up in a minimum
		amount of time, and each subsequent regions profile
		would be built up when the output buffer permits.
